The launcher signs a pump.fun create plus a fee-sharing config that routes 100% of creator fees to the CASHED treasury, then revokes the admin so it can never change. The launcher never picks where the money goes; the coin is credited to the @handle it names.
Every 60 min the agent claims each coin's fees (distribute_creator_fees_v2) and books them to that coin's @handle. Fees for a creator without a verified $cashtag stay in escrow, shown as held for @handle.
A research agent searches for the creator's Cash App $cashtag. It only counts if the creator posted it themselves: in the bio or a post of their own verified X account, or on the official site linked from it. The source is re-fetched and must contain the exact $cashtag. Fan, impersonator and "their cashtag is…" posts are rejected. Accounts with more than one cashtag are held.
Right before each payout the source is fetched again; if the $cashtag is gone or changed, the payout is held and research re-runs. Held creators are re-researched periodically, and the creator can always prove the X account (post a code or Sign in with X) and link a $cashtag themselves.
Escrow for creators with a verified $cashtag is swapped SOL → BTC in one atomic swap (fill + fee logged), then paid to $cashtag@cash.app over Lightning. Under 50 sats carries to the next cycle. Every payment returns a hash and preimage.
